About Candlewood Studios:

Candlewood Studios was built to be a modern version of a classic studio from the 1950s and 1960s. While the studio doesn't limit itself to period pieces or reproductions, according to Erik the JDK EQ's and compressor fit right in, and sound excellent.

The studio is specifically set up to record the Erik Lamberth Jazz Quartet, however it also records outside artists. The formula seems to be working- the quartet's last album received a high-praise review from the website All About Jazz, and one of the songs became the site's 'Download of the Day' with over 1,300 downloads.
